The primary focus of the series is on the leadership skills needed to navigate and guide the successful application of AI across organisations. Advancing beyond AI’s typical definition of Artificial Intelligence, to leverage the power of your own leadership AI – Adaptive Intelligence.
The course can be delivered within organisations as a series progressing across all five levels of AI Leadership. While it’s recommended to advance through all five masterclasses, each masterclass can also be delivered and attended separately.
Masterclasses are fully supported with access to the presentations, interactions with colleagues and suggested workplace activities between sessions.
