Who this Masterclass is designed for:

AI Leadership Masterclasses are designed for leaders who want to better understand and guide decision-making about the use of AI within their organisation.

It is suitable for leaders without AI or technical knowledge or expertise, as well as technical managers who want to better understand and influence other leaders and teams across the organisation.

The course can be delivered within organisations as a series progressing across all five levels of AI Leadership. While it’s recommended to advance through all five masterclasses, each masterclass can also be delivered and attended separately.

Masterclasses are fully supported with access to the presentations, interactions with colleagues and suggested workplace activities between sessions.

Masterclasses can be delivered in a flexible structure to best suit your organisation’s culture and development objectives. The total combined session time is one day with an online regroup – as it’s critical AI Leadership involves time in the workplace actively applying the learnings.
